Position Description

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 11am-6pm (with potential until 8pm) & Sunday, 8am-5pm (with potential until 7pm)

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team in Woodridge, Illinois, as an Order Selector, playing a key role in accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Swiftly and accurately select and fulfill customer orders.

• Manage inventory tasks including storage, packing, and monitoring to ensure order accuracy and availability.

• Handle shipping and transportation duties, maintaining product packaging integrity and safety.

• Operate warehouse equipment and tools for efficient order processing.

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for effective order management.

• Address and promptly resolve customer complaints.

• Repeatedly lift and maneuver heavy objects up to sixty (60) pounds.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• 1 year of forklift operation experience with mandatory certification.

• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
