We're looking for Warehouse Operations Staff in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

The Opportunity:

The Warehouse Operations Staff's prime function will be to provide support to the supply chain of the warehouse operations from intake through output, including but not limited to: collecting, put-away, verifying inventory, and order fulfillment.

In this role you'll:

  • Operate a forklift or other material handling equipment.

  • Use warehouse management software to ensure the accuracy of inventory.

  • Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.

  • Perform routine maintenance on material handling equipment.

  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

Here's what you bring:

  • High School Diploma required Some College preferred.

  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred.

  • Ability to complete any internal/3rd party training for building-specific equipment. Certified on Equipment upon hire.

This job will require you to:

  • Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. On feet 100% of time.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
