Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will execute day-to-day operations in support of the business leader(s) for a business unit, market unit, business unit or functional department. This position will support various office functions and coordinate and perform tasks to support the business leader(s). Warehouse Operations Specialist will represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time and makes changes quickly

  • Collect and prepare information for various operational reports

  • Provide confidential administrative support to business leader and management

  • Create solutions and solve problems related to conflicting needs, meeting planning, travel, etc.

  • Support employee and customer requests on behalf of the business leader(s)

  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3 plus years of related experience

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • High-level of integrity

  • Experience with change related to projects, tasks and environment, etc.

  • Experience problem solving

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
