Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the operations, profitability, and regulatory compliance of the Warehouse. Will actively oversee dayshift operations as well as be responsible for the Night Warehouse team.
Daily review and reporting of warehouse operations to include but not limited to: staffing hours, efficiency rating, loss reporting, accident reporting, etc.
Regularly communicate with other departments such as Transportation, Sales, and the Kearney Warehouse, to improve processes and work on resolutions.
Improve operating processes and drive quality improvement projects.
Track, measure, report, and analyze outbound load quality to drive quality.
Oversee personnel activities to include hours, reviews, investigations, disciplinary action, warnings, hiring and terminations.
Supports associate development through training on policy & procedures. Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open.
Regularly inspects facility for safety hazards and either resolves them or reports them as appropriate. Accountable for maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse and its equipment.
Responsible for AIB compliance to include documentation, reports, and audits.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
Regularly performing work requiring standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling
At least 1 year of relevant Warehouse or Supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
