Warehouse Operations Assistant (Lenexa, KS)

Job Description:

The Warehouse Operations Assistant is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with various warehouse duties and supporting delivery drivers by loading and unloading printers at customer sites. This role is essential in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products while maintaining excellent customer service!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading printers onto delivery trucks, ensuring they are securely positioned

• Accompany delivery drivers to customer locations, helping with the unloading and loading of printers

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

• Maintain accurate delivery records, including obtaining proof of delivery for each order

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of delivery trucks

• Ensure all printers are delivered in excellent condition

• Communicate with various departments to confirm orders are ready for delivery on time

• Keep delivery trucks clean and organized, adhering to safety standards and regulations

• Occasionally assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Clean driving record (if driving is required)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items

• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining delivery records
