Primary Responsibilities

The Quality Control Associate performs quality control (QC) functions, including checking pallets for construction integrity, identifying mispicks and misplaced cases. Quality Control Associate will also work with selectors to correct all errors and rebuild pallets.

Sunday-Thursday 7PM-3AM with required overtime. Pay is 13.50 an hour with 1.00 an hour working overnights.

Essential Functions

  • Review individual orders to determine correct quantities, packing, and general accuracy of selected orders.

  • Complete required level of QC sampling, and required load audit forms.

  • Consult with appropriate Supervisor regarding any problems identified in the QC process including quality issues not meeting standards and/or potential safety issues.

  • Ability to coach selectors on job quality and efficiency.

  • Other duties and special projects as requested.

  • Must maintain good attendance.

  • Maintain safe work practices.

  • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in QC role and/or product knowledge required.

  • Must be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

  • Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.

  • Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.

The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.

Primary Responsibilities The Inventory Control associate is responsible for accurate inventory counts for all pick zones and storage locations. The Inventory Control associate will make inventory adjustments as needed through on-line cycle counts. Mon - Thurs (7:30 - 4:00am) Fri (4:00pm - 10:30pm) Pay is 16.00 an hour plus 1.00 an hour working overnights. Essential Functions * Perform cycle counts and enter adjustments to -correct inventory counts by warehouse map. * Identify out-of-date product in conjunction with cycle counts and remove out-of-date product from the location. * Identify and remove damaged product. * Report all receiving and stocking errors and communicate to appropriate person(s). * Examine specific products for infestation, and ensure that product is stored properly. * Update vendor dating as needed. * Assist in training new Associates on all RF functions. * Must maintain good attendance. * Maintain safe work practices. * Maintain safeguards of confidential company information. * Other duties and special projects as requested. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude * High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. * A minimum of one (1) year of previous warehouse experience preferred. * Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) preferred. Must read, write and comprehend English. * Must be proficient using a PC. NTS, AS400 and RF (Radio Frequency) systems experience preferred. * Must be flexible to work nights and/or weekends. * Must be or become certified on applicable lift equipment. Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude: * Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management. * Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.
