STAQ is currently hiring for a warehouse manager to join our team here in the Denver area Pay: $80K/year The Warehouse Manager’s responsibilities include: Assist and direct respective warehouse activities related to cGMP activities . Oversee the organization’s receiving, material kitting processes, assist in inventory management and documentation. • Provide leadership and supervision support of deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure materials are accounted for, stored safely and securely. • Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the warehouse. • Inspects physical conditions of warehouse and equipment and assure safety levels are maintained at the highest levels. • Collaborate with other departments and team members to set goals for the Receiving and Material Handling teams to increase production output Oversee implementation and compliance with STAQ Quality Systems (includes SOPs, Wis, etc.), continuous quality improvement activities, etc.
Ensuring compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidances . Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide on-the-floor leadership support to Receiving and Material Handling personnel. • Provide strong people leadership with a focus on creating/maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication, performance management, accountability, etc. • Assist in hiring, conducting regular training and reviews for warehouse personnel. • Manage daily schedules of warehouse activities, outline staff assignments, material and equipment requirements and training needs. • Write or assist with writing non-conformance that occur in the department • Work with Quality to quickly resolve any variance or document errors so that product may be released on time. • When necessary, manage the technical deviation investigation process and CAPA effectiveness. Ensure appropriate root cause and product impact assessments are completed and effective corrective/preventative actions are implemented. • Assist with controlled substances inventory and storage . • Provide support to technical teams such as engineering, facilities, etc. in their activities . • Serve as SME as required during regulatory inspections for warehouse documentation and processes. • Manage warehouse staffing levels and budget spending when necessary . • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment • Demonstrate ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds . Qualifications and Requirements • 4-year accredited college degree or 5 years of experience in a cGMP warehouse environment; preferably a pharmaceutical cGMP environment • Minimum of 5 years of leadership/supervision warehouse management experience; 2 or more years in aseptic processing warehouse preferred. • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics principles and cGMP guidelines/standards. Preferred Skills • Experience with ISO Standards . • Demonstrated effective and respectful interaction skills and a measurable track record of influence at all levels of an organization. • Excellent organizational, leadership, motivational, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills . • Strong project management skills . • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and demands . • Experience with warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system ERP1, or other system to track and analyze processes and performance.
