Warehouse Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Salt Lake City, UT Reports to: General Manager Compensation: $70 - $75K bonus Responsibilities & Requirements of the SITE MANAGER: Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain and operations, or related field 3 years experience in site managemenet, production, or manufacturing – preferably in a manufacturing and distribution setting Provide leadership to the site and direct daily operations Strong understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and inventory Ability to establish production priorities and manage production schedule Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally within the organization as well as with suppliers, vendors, and carriers Collaborate with headquarters to ensure consistency of procedures and operations Ensure and promote a safe working environment Oversee warehouse activities including inventory, cycle counts, inbound and outbound shipments, and freight transactions Manage relationships with freight carriers and brokers, prepare bills of lading (BOLs) Lead all employees at the site including hiring, performance management, and training Proven ability to function independently while leading a team to success High level of attention to detail Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (current or future)
