Warehouse Manager

MAU is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our client in North Charleston, SC. As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Your responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Experience in a regulated industry such as Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech, etc.

• Experience working with ERP systems

Essential Functions

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and internal/external customer service

• Schedule and oversee the warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary

• Meet periodically with warehouse supervisors and leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention

• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of materials and equipment

• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with all levels of management

• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

• Perform other tasks as required
