We are looking for our next Warehouse Manager for our Export Control Center in Miami, who will be responsible for controlling and coordinating the Export traffic and warehouse operations, in order to ensure compliance with the conditions agreed with clients and to contribute to the optimization of flights through continuous process analysis and improvements.

️What would be your main challenges?

• Coordinate flight schedule changes, demand and commercial priorities with Operations, Revenue Management and Sales departments.

• Analyze commercial information related to each flight to ensure compliance with priorities and coordinate adjustments as necessary.

• Provide cargo information and be the point of contact between the different areas of the operation: Ramp, Pax, Revenue Management and Sales.

• Control the punctuality of itineraries in the Warehouse, Traffic and Sales.

• Provide daily operational reports, explaining the optimization of each flight and any deviation in the process.

What do you need to be our next Warehouse Manager?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related career.

• 1-2 years of experience in operations and/or logistics is a plus.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

• MS Office: PPT and Excel.

• Excellent multitask and self-management skills.

• Organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a changing environment.

Work location: Miami, FL (Miami airport area).

Workday: full-time, shift system.

Contract type: indefinite.
