As a Warehouse Manager at Grant Cardone Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

You will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring that inventory and shipping operations are executed flawlessly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to operational excellence, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess or obsolete items.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations.

Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and make informed decisions to scale the growing business. Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field Experience in E-commerce/Shopify is a plus Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
