Summary: The Warehouse Receiving Manager oversees the receiving, stocking, and inventory management of products within the warehouse. This individual will lead a team in receiving incoming shipments, ensuring proper inventory counts, and maintaining the organization of products in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, possess leadership skills, and prioritize accuracy in inventory tracking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the warehouse receiving and stocking team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to company procedures.
• Oversee the receiving process, including inspecting incoming products, verifying shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Ensure products are accurately stocked and organized in the warehouse, meeting inventory and storage requirements.
• Lead inventory audits, track stock levels, and maintain accurate records of products in the warehouse system.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate timely and efficient deliveries.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the warehouse.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline warehouse receiving and stocking operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to warehouse operations.
• Troubleshoot any receiving issues and address them promptly to minimize disruptions in warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse receiving, inventory management, or similar logistics roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different departments.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adjust shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, or squat as required by job tasks.
