Warehouse Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead a dedicated team overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations.

• Set ambitious goals and objectives in line with our company's strategy, driving us towards our vision.

• Play a key role in the development and growth of your team, setting them up for success.

• Maintain a high-performance culture, reporting on your team's achievements and areas for improvement.

• Enhance internal communication and support across departments, ensuring a collaborative work environment.

• Make sound, effective decisions that benefit our operations and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement corrective action plans to meet our customers' needs with precision.

• Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step.

• Oversee domestic and international shipments, including data entry and coordination with freight carriers.

What You'll Need:

• A High School Diploma or GED, though relevant direct industry experience, can also set the stage for success.

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, guiding and growing a team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork.

• Proficiency in ERP & Microsoft Office, streamlining our processes with your technical know-how.

• Physical capability to actively participate in warehouse operations, including package handling.

• Experience with stand-up/sit-down forklift operations, a valuable skill set for our day-to-day activities.
