Warehouse Lead|3Rd Shift

Overview

This Ware house Lead position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Working Hours:7:30 to 4am

3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery

• Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices

• Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders

• Track each load accurately

• Accurately count all pallets

• Maintain pace of pallet configuration

• Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets

• Identify priorities and coordinate resources

• Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers

• Recommend process improvements and implement

• Coordinate picker and loader team

• Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps

• Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"

• Other duties as Assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $,5000 - $64,000

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends

• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
