Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.

• Inventory Control: Assist in receiving shipments, logging items into inventory, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.

• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with team members and customers to facilitate smooth delivery and pickup operations.

• Equipment Operation: Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, and perform vehicle safety checks.

• Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Required Qualifications

• Essential Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, proficiency in forklift operation, and effective communication skills.

• Work Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar field preferred.

• Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required.

• Work Environment: This role is based in our Jefferson, LA facility, with a Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm schedule. The candidate must be able to handle heavy objects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
