Warehouse Lead - International Logistics Company 34850

An international logistics company in the Elk Grove Village, IL area is seeking a Warehouse Staff to join their team For this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the warehouse operations, and organizing / reviewing documents related to the warehouse functions. This is a full-time, direct hire role.

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities Include: Supervises and oversees the whole operations of the warehouse functions Make sure that all the policies and rules are complied and understood Communicates with the upper managements to coordinate the work schedules Maintains and secure good and safe work environment Creates and reviews reports Other duties as assigned Warehouse Lead Requirements Include: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 3-5 years of working experience in a warehouse environment Familiarity with warehouse functions (shipping / receiving) Supervisory / management experience Good customer service and communication skills Computer skills (Microsoft Office including Word and Excel) Valid driver’s license Organizational and time management skills While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
