We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Lead to direct the activities of warehouse personnel involved in receiving, order picking, packaging and shipping. The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day activities and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. • Assists warehouse supervisor with development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by the warehouse team

• Supervises all shipping, receiving, order picking/packaging activities on warehouse floor throughout the shift

• Leads by example and trains, motivates, and coaches the warehouse crew being supervised

• Supervises inventory control processes

• Resolves warehouse related issues with representatives from other departments

• Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes all outgoing orders

• Coordinates with the warehouse manager to manage personnel issues and requests

• Leads warehouse team by example by loading trucks, unloading trucks and/or performing other duties as necessary

• Maintains a working knowledge of all warehouse operations

• Maintains safety programs and all required safety training for the crew

• Supervises up to 15 warehouse associates
