As a Warehouse Lead, you will be leading a team to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. You will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse activities. You will ensure to meet internal and external customers requirement.

As an , you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team to provide and oversee the delivery and classification of incoming stock Leading a team to provide and oversee the delivery and classification of incoming stock

• Managing internal systems to show receivership of goods, stocking levels and location of stock

• Sharing information and data with internal cross-functional teams to highlight potential risks and opportunities

• Leading internal process by example to ensure compliance, safety and quality for your warehouse team

• Identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in a related discipline or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of industry experience gained in warehousing or logistics

• Have at least 1 year of experience with large forklifts

• Have leadership experience of managing a team in a cross-functional business organization

• Have solid knowledge and understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP

• Show excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate the ability to utilize LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies
