* $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role * Potential 90-day performance-based raise * Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureResponsibilitiesShift:4:00pm to 2:30am with some flexibilty based on needThe Role:The janitors are responsible for warehouse cleanup work, including but not limited to the responsibilities below.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

Sweeping floors, cleaning up debris in the warehouse, freezer and lunchrooms * Cleaning up standing water * Breaking down boxes and recycle * Use a forklift or riding pallet jack to empty garbage * Check for pest activity * Complete daily SQF inspection log * Experience with Microsoft SuiteWe will train all new hires on main equipment used: electric riding pallet jack, forklift, floor scrubber and scissor lift.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience * Ability to lift up to 50lbs * Ability to use a pressure washer * Ability to work in tall heights while in a scissor lift * Ability to read/write/speak English * Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (33F to 36F)* Ability to work in freezer environment for extended periods of time * Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian trafficPreferred Skills and Experience* 1-year previous janitorial experience preferred * Pallet Jack/Forklift experience a plusHear from Charlie's employeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
