Seneca Foods in Payette, Idaho is currently seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our Warehouse/Labeling team. As an Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and documentation to maintain accurate inventory levels both on the warehouse floor and in our inventory management system. The individual will require reliable attendance, ability to work independently, and able to complete thorough self-review with strong attention to detail. You will perform data entry with speed and accuracy and must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for completing daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to prioritize and complete tasks in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and varying work pace, all with limited supervision. Additionally, they should be self-motivated, trustworthy, and interested in long-term employment. RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Tasks:

Operate the P244 label line usage/inventory system. Perform daily reconciliation of Gem and SAP systems. Maintain Forklift expense spreadsheet.

Communication and Reporting: Correspond with Corporate Customer Service to address order issues. Run and distribute the Daily Order Tracker Report.

Collect and analyze data related to brites, labeled cans, and empty cans. Collect and analyze productivity of warehouse personnel. Adaptability and Collaboration:

Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required. Strong attention to details. Demonstrated positive approach to job tasks, including excellent punctuality and attendance.

Takes the initiative, proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes and to keep busy. Values accountability and strives for continual self-improvement. Undertake additional tasks as needed by Warehouse Management.

QUALIFICATIONS Technical Proficiency: Computer knowledge and highly skilled in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Ability to build and update Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PDF files.

Excellent math skills for accurate calculations. Familiarity with or willingness to learn: Seneca coding for brite items.

GEM and SAP inventory and order systems. P244 label line usage/inventory system. Decision-Making and Problem-Solving:

Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions while adhering to company rules and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working with limited supervision and standardization. Keen attention to details and accuracy.

Collaboration and Communication: Comfortable working both in a team environment and independently. Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Adaptability and Work Ethic: Reliable attendance, dependability, and integrity. Strong organizational skills and cooperative attitude.
