The part-time, temporary Warehouse Helper assists with various duties of warehouse operations. The hours for this position are based on business needs and work volume.

Position Type: This is a temporary, part-time position.

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $13.35 and $16.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location: In this US-based position your location will be in our office in Rock Rapids, IA.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders utilizing mobile handheld devices and web-based applications adhering to individual requirements of multiple client specific needs across multiple inventory locations and types while maintaining a high standard for accuracy and proficiency.
• Accurately collate, assemble, label, and put away kits, while ensuring our products meet quality standards.
• Clearly and accurately mark, barcode, and label stock.
• Safely operate equipment used daily, including but not limited to, heat shrink machines, manual/electric pallets jacks, utility carts, and ladders of multiple heights.
• Keep accurate records of required tracking information.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with managers and teammates.
• Perform daily warehouse duties as assigned.
• Other duties as required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to stand/work on feet for majority of workday.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and basic math skills.
