Warehouse Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Receive and check customer orders to make sure they’re correct.

Update customer orders if there are any changes. Share any changes with the right team members. Answer questions by phone or email and solve order problems (products, deliveries, etc.). Help out other team members when needed.

Assist with handling customer complaints and keep good records. Build strong relationships with customers. Help other departments with special tasks.

Complete any other tasks given by management. Must speak both English and Spanish. Must know how to use WMS and follow standard procedures (AXELOT knowledge is a plus). Position : Warehouse CSR Hours : 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime if needed) Pay : $18 - $20 per hour (with potential raise after review) Note : This role is in a warehouse, not an office setting.
