Warehouse Coordinator/Delivery

To Coordinate All Aspects of Equipment Management and material deliveries.

Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Manage Inventory, warehousing, receiving, and loss control of tools and equipment for a mid-sized general contractor

• Develop and administer overall warehouse and small tools and equipment program

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on small tools and equipment in safe working order. Send out for service as needed

• Deliver and pick up tools and/or materials from various projects with a high level of customer service

• Maintain security of warehouse and yard

• Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures

• Research and make recommendations on standardization of company tools and equipment

• Complete other responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Practical knowledge of function, operation and maintenance of construction tools and equipment

• Training in equipment repair or equivalent experience

• Good construction technical skills

• Effective written and verbal English communications skills

• Problem solving ability and a strong sense of urgency

• Service oriented

• Highly organized

• Computer/software skills

• Valid Class 4 driver's license with GVWE of 15,001 to 26,000 lbs.
