UNFI in Champaign-Urbana, IL is seeking to hire a full-time, motivated Warehouse Coordinator. This Warehouse Coordinator will be supporting a variety of administrative activities for the Warehouse Operations.

Pay starting at $18.75/hr including:

• Weekly paychecks with direct deposit option

• 401k with company match

Schedule:

• Sunday, Monday, Thursday 5:00pm-11:30pm

• Friday 7:00pm

• 3:30pm

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Preparing receiving paperwork for the product to be checked in

• Check trucks in if needed/online receiving of purchase orders

• Preparing store invoices and billing of store deliveries

• Providing customer service assistance to customers, drivers, and vendors

• General clerical duties

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 months of related work experience; prior warehouse clerical experience is preferred

• 10 key skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced, warehouse environment and office setting

• Ability to work independently with limited direction

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
