Job Description

Sika Corporation is a fast-paced, global company having various product divisions within the construction building envelope, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Roofing Target Market manufactures high quality, single ply roofing and waterproofing membranes. With over 50 years of experience, the Roofing Target Market's product offerings are recognized for their ability to withstand the test of time.

The Warehouse Leader position within the Roofing Target Market is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in being responsible for the warehouse facility, staffing, inventory, and processes. This position will assist with promptly and accurately receiving and shipping products from this facility direct to customers as well as regional warehouses throughout the country. A focus of this position will be working with inventory accuracy on inbound and outbound transactions, as well as coordinating all shipments leaving the facility. This position will report to the Canton Warehouse Manager and the Supply Chain Manager, Roofing.

• Coordinate trucking for all FTL of Roofing products from all locations direct to customers

• Constant, consistent work with warehouse staff to ensure materials are ready to ship on time and that inbound and outbound deliveries are accurate.

• Work with Customer Service to accommodate delivery requirements from customers

• Maintain Freight Tracking Report for Corporate Logistics teams

• Offer creative improvements to material flow and Supply Chain management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of product experience

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Spanish speaking is a plus

• Strong organizational and effective time management skills
