Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator opening in NAPLES, FL - interviews now!

This position will be responsible for reviewing the daily helper needs provided by the operations and coordinate the daily staffing of helpers. The Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing helper hours for accurate recording of time and assignments. They will work closely with the operation, communicating helper performance and administration of uniforms and tracking helper performance.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.

Solid working knowledge of MS Office. Ability to interact with people holding different positions as well as different responsibilities.

  • Competitive pay $20/hour

  • Mon - Fri: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

  • Full time: 3 months assignment

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 Position Review: The Operations Lead assists management by directing the daily work activities of associates in an assigned area as they receive, stock, pull, load and deliver merchandise. The Operations Lead may personally perform the duties listed above. Essential Job Duties: * Unloads or oversees the unloading and storage of incoming merchandise. Ensures that the merchandise received matches orders. * May schedule and dispatch customer deliveries to job sites. * Provides customer service for retail, contractor or professional builder customers. * Evaluates returned merchandise for proper disposition (resale, salvage, etc.). * Directs and trains personnel in assigned work area which may include, Yard/Warehouse Workers, Forklift Operators and Truck Drivers. * Maintains a clean yard environment including warehouses, fences and open areas. * Organizes yard layout according to merchandise needs. May complete requisition for replacement of stock merchandise. * Completes required inspections and forms. Ensures maintenance is performed. * Oversees cut lumber and notifies supervisor so that inventory may be adjusted. * Trains associates; plans, assigns, and directs work; addresses complaints and resolves problems. * Maintains accurate inventory counts. * Assumes the duties and responsibilities of Forklift Operator as needed. * Assumes the duties and responsibilities of Truck Driver as needed. * Attends and participates in all company-sponsored training programs as required. * Directs work activities for 1-5 Associates in a small yard, 5-15 in a medium yard and 15 or more in large yard. * Ensures compliance with operational safety and security policies and procedures. * Complies with Companys attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance. * Other duties as assigned by Management. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: * Minimum education required High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * Minimum experience required One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Special skills required Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. Good interpersonal, communication and Customer Service skills. Knowledge of building materials products and lumber required. Previous supervisory experience in a lumberyard is desirable. * OtherAbility to lift up to 100 lbs or more on a repetitive basis, also duties may include constant movement, squatting stooping and twisting.
