This position will be responsible in overseeing the duties, assigned tasks of the other Warehouse Coordinators which will include training, providing guidance on work related issues and other duties as assigned. He/she will work with the corporate, region, and/or local district Warehouse Coordinators or contacts within the operations to provide any additional guidance to newly on-boarded Warehouse Coordinators. Travel in personal vehicle may be required from one facility to another but the resource will be reimbursed for approved expenses following the Expense guidelines.

Job Duties

  • Monitor Warehouse Coordinator Track for any discrepancies with reports or usage.

  • Provide reports to HR and district coordinator as needed.

  • Potential travel locally to observe other warehouse coordinators.

  • Hold daily calls with warehouse coordinators to review results and answer any potential questions.

  • Work with the local HR team to ensure coordinators are supporting them as needed.

  • Address any system issues and follow up with coordinators for resolution.

  • Follow up with HR for any new contingent workers hired. Monitor how the contingent workers are doing to prevent turnover.

  • Make sure hiring is happening timely and prior to volume increase.

  • Work closely with corporate and district to ensure hiring is on plan. Communicate any delays with filling staffing positions.

  • Provide support in centers where needed.

  • Ensure center Warehouse Coordinators are making daily contact with Driver Helpers; to verify availability and willingness to work.

Job Requirements

  • This position can be filled by a retired UPS management employee with a yes rehire status or a former Contingent Warehouse Coordinator that is familiar with the position.

  • Must have excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral. Solid working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Ability to interact with people holding different positions as well as different responsibilities

  • Competitive pay: $38.85/hour

VIEW JOBS 11/18/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-16T00:00 PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Lead Patient Care Coordinator's role is to schedule patient's visits, tests and procedures; answer all patient questions; and help patients and their families make informed decisions throughout their treatment. The incumbent is also responsible for answering all incoming calls in a timely manner and directing the caller to the appropriate destination while providing a smooth, clear and professional communication practice. Leadership responsibilities include monitoring, mentoring, and training Patient Care Coordinators and being a problem solving resource for a multi-clinic staff. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Schedules patient appointments including office visits (consult and follow up) and non- invasive testing pursuant to PCA's outpatient scheduling policies and procedures. * Identifies patients' important needs, answers to their questions, and assists with informed patient decisions that may arise prior and/or post office visits/testing appointment time. * Provides detail patient educations/instructions as directed and in conjunction with PCA physicians, nurses and other clinical staff. * Reschedules patient appointments according to EHR advanced schedule templates due to physicians, mid-levels and technicians' planned and unplanned time off. Only reschedules patient appointments that are pre-approved by the PCC Supervisor and/or Manager. * Monitors the assigned physicians' schedules closely and documents all patient "no show" and "cancellation" in EHR and notifies patients, referring/treating providers pursuant to PCC policies and procedures. * Follows directions from the PCC Supervisor and Manager of Administration and Outreach Services on reviewing and correcting scheduling issues when they arise. * Interacts with involved PCA clinical team members to expedite and facilitate scheduling and completion of testing, procedures and office visits; maintains ongoing communication regarding variance from the care plan in regards to scheduling. * Consistently meets or exceeds PCC department productive benchmark (scheduling volumes, call volumes, accuracy of the appointment scheduled, documentation, etc.). * May also act as back-up to subordinate staff and/or carry workload similar to a Patient Care Coordinator. * Respond to escalated telephone calls from patients. * Ensures patient satisfaction is obtained by answering questions, resolving more complex issues and using proper phone etiquette. * Remain available, during shift, as directed by Supervisor to meet incoming call volume. * Effectively communicate with patient and referral sources to ensure complete resolution. * Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures. * Schedules, coaches, and organizes work assignments. * Ensures work is performed accurately, efficiently, and timely. * Provides training for new employees. * Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations. * May escalate difficult/complex issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary. * Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. * Other duties as assigned.
