Who Are We:

Fill internal requisitions or requests for inventory, supplies, or other stock items.
Transact all inventory movements with a high level of accuracy.
Material handling, including- unloading inbound freight, loading outbound freight and parcel, sorting, and storing.
Track and report inventory balances.
Accurately inventory and order consumables and supplies for the warehouse.
Follow all safety rules.
Identify damaged inventory stored in the warehouse.
Complete audits and assist with physical inventory counts.
Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.
Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
Lift up to 50lbs and stand for at least 8 hours.
Adherence to lean and 5S principles.
Some mandatory overtime may be required.
Demonstrate eagerness to help in other departments when necessary.
Must pass onboarding training program & maintain minimum expectations.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on speed and accuracy
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and 'customers'
Basic computer knowledge
Innate sense of urgency & competitiveness
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
Ability to make competent decisions in the absence of supervision
During work hours, punctuality and time management are important
Forklift experience preferred

This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses computers, iPads, rolling racks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Vivint enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe working environment. Each new employee is responsible for completing all training requirements. Additionally, the employee must accept they have responsibility for maintaining the safety of themselves, their co-workers, and the public. Employee must adhere to all written and verbal instructions, promptly report and correct all hazards or unsafe conditions, question non-standard operations or unmitigated hazards, and provide feedback to management on all safety issues.
