Kelly Services has multiple Warehouse Associate positions available in the Cleveland, TN area. The primary function would be to pick metals and hose orders. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift.

Pay is $11/hr. Call and send resumes to .

1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd Shift: 11:30am-8pm

3rd Shift: 9:00pm-5:30am

Secondary functions include:

Perform Shipping functions

Replenishment of all product for picking locations

Put away stock from Receiving

Flexing to support warehouse operations. Label and pull/fill orders for shipments to customers accurately and on time.

Stock, operate and read hand-held RF Unit to ascertain part number, quantity and location of products. Determine product and location and pull the correct amount of product to accurately fill orders.

Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds on a daily and repetitive basis. Steel-toe shoes required.

Other duties could include filling in for production work in picking, wrapping pallets, and plant floor cleaning activities. Utilize an RF device and push cart to return material to stock.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prefer prior standup forklift experience

Analyst, Material Management Function Overview: The purpose of this role is to provide material management of raw materials and/or component parts to the manufacturing locations and validate material is available for production when needed. This includes ensuring the material is shipped on time and received/stored accurately. This role communicates directly with the supply base on any supply issues and works with internal partners on quality and inventory issues. This role also communicates directly with transportation teams for in-transit events tracking. This role participates and/or leads continuous improvement projects related to improving material management. This role is also responsible for processes related to Inventory Accuracy, (Bill of Material) BOM Accuracy, Excess/Obsolescence Management, New Model Planning, Operational Issues, Returnable Packaging Management, Invoice Resolution, (Advanced Shipping Notice) ASN Errors, and Master Data Accuracy. Job Responsibilities: * 70% of your day will be spent on Material management of raw material and/or component parts to the manufacturing locations and ensures material is available for production when needed including proactive and reactive problem solving with suppliers * 20% of your day will be spent supporting processes related to Inventory Accuracy, (Bill of Material) BOM Accuracy, Excess/Obsolescence Management, New Model Planning, Operational Issues, Returnable Management, Invoice Resolution, (Advanced Shipping Notice) ASN Errors, and Master Data Accuracy * 10% of your day will be spent handling continuous improvement projects related to improving material management and material flow * Establish and maintain superior supplier and production operation relations through written, verbal and electronic communications * Schedule and communicate expedited shipments of materials to meet production and service requirements * Coordinate assembly line schedule changes due to parts shortages with the Assembly Production Scheduling team * Coordinate shipments and receipts of subcontracted parts * Control, audit and adjust material within specified operating ranges to meet goals for accuracy and cost containment * Participate in the phase in and phase out of model lines, controlling part availability for successful model line launches, and obsolescence when models are discontinued * Support materials key metrics reporting with timely rollup of information, and assistance with special reports management * Meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly metrics for materials planning * Create new processes to improve supplier performance, reduce expedites, and reduce inventory without causing downtime on the production lines * Ability to lift up to 40lbs * Due to the plant shift schedules, must be able to work overtime hours, weekend shifts, and on-call duties as needed to support production requirements Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering * 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Preferred Requirements: * Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain concepts and parts flow * Effective at developing and using standardized work * Understanding of lean concepts * Understands and employs basic change management methodology * Flexibility and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks * Uses logic and problem-solving tools to develop plans to meet targets and look forward proactively and to prioritize * Can lead conversations with suppliers in a proactive, productive manner * Thorough knowledge and understanding of material flow related to material requirements planning (MRP) * Knowledge of transportation requirements, customs clearance, transportation modes, and expedite processes both domestically and internationally * Must possess sound judgment, planning, and analytical skills to relate to management, production and supply base contacts * Self-motivation and advanced skills to identify, analyze and work to find solutions to inventory variance issues * Clear understanding of bills of materials * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Outstanding people skills, with the ability to lead teams to drive exceptional results * The ability to create and implement new processes with minimal direction * Coordinate timely acquisition and delivery of domestically and internationally purchased material to support production and service requirements based on Schedule Releases in SAP, prefer Strong SAP knowledge * Excel (Macros and Pivot Tables) * Use of Google Tools (Google: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms & Drawings) RSRWH Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) is the world's leading major home appliance company, with approximately $21 billion in annual sales, 92,000 employees and 70 manufacturing and technology research centers in 2017.
