We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to enhance their operations team. You will play a significant role in supporting our client's team and customers by accurately managing inventory, preparing orders for delivery or pickup, and maintaining operational standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Efficiently pull, fill, pack, and prepare orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for delivery or customer pickup.

• Load Coordination: Assist in the meticulous loading and unloading process, safeguarding against damage to goods.

• Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt of shipments and update inventory records, conducting regular audits for accuracy.

• Communication Excellence: Serve as a communication bridge between supervisors, sales staff, and customers to streamline delivery and pickup coordination.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain forklifts, ensuring all safety checks are completed, and discrepancies are reported.

• Facility Upkeep: Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, neat, and efficient working environment.

• Versatility: Adapt to the diverse needs of the operation by taking on additional duties as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Requirement: A high school diploma or GED.

• Preferred Experience: Background in distribution, warehousing, or related field, with proficiency in RF gun usage and forklift operation.

• Key Abilities: Capable of following instructions independently, adept at operating warehouse machinery, and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Physical Demands: Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting objects up to 100 pounds and regular movement of up to 50 pounds.

• Age Criteria: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
