Warehouse Associate

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Chantilly, VA location.

Shift:

Thursday through Monday 2am to EOS (off Tuesday and Wednesday)

Sunday through Wednesday and Friday 2am to EOS (off Saturday and Thursday).

Weekends are Mandatory, days off provided by management. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler, we count on you to :

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes

• Load trucks for deliveries

• Be a team player - everyone works together to get the job done!

Skills you need:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!

• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season

• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program :

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)

• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure.

• Dates of the $500 referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between 04/1/2024 and 10/31/2024.

• Please note that candidates must indicate on their application in Ceridian Dayforce, the full name of the person who referred them with the location.
