Warehouse Associate

Description

This position will support client logistical needs with primary focus on administrative duties as assigned, new business implementations, conduct audits, update records, and answer inquiries. Position requires communications with internal and external customers. Position includes other activities associated with warehouse operations.

This position is full-time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, occasional overtime may be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer order data entry

• Process receiving paperwork.

• Enter data, including reporting, inventory adjustments and orders in/out.

• Schedule carrier pickups

• Interact with warehouse associates and office personnel, resolve problems, and provide information

• Collect order and receipt paperwork.

• Perform various customer service tasks within office setting

• Assists with special project requests

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt to new situations, and focused on customer needs

• Strong orientation to detail, multitasking, and data management skills

• Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little to no oversight

• Enjoy working in a team environment but follow through on own deliverables on a daily basis

• Capable of applying critical thinking skills

• Professional, courteous and cooperative

• Punctual, Reliable and willing to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel

• Forklift experience, a plus

• Thrive in fast-paced environment and can shift priorities effortlessly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in Warehouse Management software and computer technology a plus
