Warehouse Associate III

Deceuninck North America is seeking a Warehouse III Associate for it's Monroe, OH facility. This Role coordinates and prepares products to be shipped to customers and oversees training for all new shipping employees.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare product to be shipped out to the customer

• Problem-solving issues which contribute to process improvement

• Coordinate order picking

• Back-up supervisory duties

• Coordinating training for new shippers

• Assisting in inventory management initiatives

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

• SAP/Deplis software knowledge a plus.

• Ability to operate forklift and side loader.

• One year experience and or training in a fixed location warehouse preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
