Shift: Day (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Night (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

We are recruiting for our full-time Warehouse Associate II positions at UPS Supply Chain Solutions. The work environment is focused on quality and relies on teamwork to accomplish daily tasks. These positions may require lifting of at least 70 pounds and working at heights of up to 36 feet while using Powered Equipment.

Responsibilities will include loading and unloading, packing and unpacking, auditing, general housekeeping, kitting, inbound processing, scanning orders, shipping and receiving, put-a-way, data entry into computerized inventory control systems and inventory control. In addition, most positions will require you to operate powered equipment such as a forklift or hydraulic jack lift to perform duties.


  • General knowledge warehouse terminology and tasks is required.

  • Must be able to use computers and scanning equipment.

  • Forklift experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to read and speak English.

  • All employees are required to work one (1) Saturday per quarter.

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification preferred.

Under minimal supervision, the Product Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support to the Field Sales & Service organization in a consistent manner across all product offerings. How you will do it * Provide day-to-day technical support for BE products to Field Sales & Service organization on a global basis via phone, fax, email, or site visit. * Accountable to create and maintain technical service bulletins, service letters, and updates to the Solutions Database that meets and or exceeds internal and external customer expectations. * Accountable for timely and high quality product service literature * Processes warranty claims in a timely and consistent manner to facilitate data mining by; product, failed component, defect, and responsibility. * Drive product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process for existing products. Product Technical Support Specialist II provides technical support and interacts with quality management and engineering to improve overall life cycle cost. * Must have detailed knowledge of the refrigeration cycle as applied to air-conditioning duty on BE equipment and have greater than basic troubleshooting skills * Is a core member of the Product Development Process * Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Standards * To develop and maintain "a customer for life" we may provide technical support to on-site audits of BE plants, suppliers, and customer sites if required. * Must adhere to all safety and personal protection requirements.
