Weld-On products are globally recognized as the premium products for joining plastic pipes and fittings and are used by professional installers around the world in a variety of applications such as, but not limited to, construction (residential & commercial), industrial (chemical process, water treatment, mining, etc.), irrigation (landscaping & agricultural) and others.

About the Role:

Proficient in order picking, receiving, and general warehouse functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store finished goods. This includes the following:

  • Receive materials and goods from freight and safely unload.

  • Unpackage and inspect all received materials and goods for damage.

  • Create labels in system (Bartender) that include the PO, item #, description, quantity, and date. Print and attach label to pallet.

  • Scan all received materials and goods into E1 system.

  • Transport pallets across warehouse to the designated areas using appropriate equipment

  • Perform daily cycle counts (1x/day) to validate physical inventory against inventory reflected in system (E1).

  • Identify and gather small parcels (order pick w/1-10 items) for UPS.

  • Conduct 5S daily to ensure that work and surrounding area is well organized, clean, and safe.

  • Must adhere to all standard and specialized PPE requirements at all times. This includes but is not limited to the use of safety glasses, steel toed shoes, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift and Reach Truck Operator certification
  • 1 - 3 years of experience working in a Warehouse

Skills (Technical):

  • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Safely and effectively operate Forklift and Reach Truck

Skills (Interpersonal):

  • Effective communication in English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multi-task while managing time effectively

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly when needed

  • Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and move items or boxes up to 55lbs

  • Ability to work outside up to 10%
