Warehouse Associate

We have been growing significantly over the last few years and continue to grow at a rapid pace.

We are looking for Processors/Forklift Operators to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately pick and pack orders in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. As a processor/fork lift operator, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure timely and efficient order processing. You will also be receiving, loading and unloading 53' trailers, flatbeds and containers as well as preparing material for shipment.

Requirements

* Safely and accurately pick orders according to customer specifications

* Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment

* Unload Material to warehouse dock

* Identify damaged product or shortages and report to appropriate personnel

* Properly use RF scanners to confirm accuracy

* Pull material from location for shipping

* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

* Load outbound trucks

* Ability to operate various types of equipment to include but not limited to picker, stand up lift, and electric lifts

* Shrink Wrap Pallets

* Ability to meet on time performance metrics

* Comply with policies/procedures including safety procedures

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Meet productivity goals and deadlines

* Willingness to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

* 3 Year of forklift experience

* High school diploma or GED required

* Basic Math skills Necessary

* Valid forklift certificate or ability to obtain

* Other duties as assigned
