Job Summary: Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler to join our team at Humano in Greer, SC. As a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communities and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading trailers by hand , receive, and store incoming shipments of goods and materials

• Palletize products for storage or shipment

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Mon-Fri 6:30am start time (full time possible OT)
