Overview: Cvent is a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform that offers software solutions to event planners and marketers for online event registration, venue selection, event management, mobile apps for events, email marketing, and web surveys.

Cvent provides event professionals with the technology they need to plan, execute, and grow their events. As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of Cvent's technical warehouse team. You will be responsible for both receiving & unpacking as well as picking & packing orders to support client onsite events.

You will also work closely with other teams in the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical assets to client events. This is an entry-level position that requires minimal experience or education in the field. You will learn on the job and receive training and guidance from your team and supervisor.

This is an hourly position with variable shift hours starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 7pm that requires flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed. It is a fully in-person role and requires commuting to the warehouse 5 days a week. You will report to the Warehouse Manager.

In This Role, You Will: Receiving: Receive incoming shipments of technical and non-technical assets, verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders, and assist in preparing assets for redeployment at client events. Pick & Pack:

Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from inventory and packing them for shipment according to established procedures. Quality Control: Conduct basic quality inspections on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock checks. General Warehouse Tasks:

Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. Here's What You Need: High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
