DMD Systems Recovery is a data security and electronic recycling company based in Tempe, AZ. We are a family owned, growing company seeking to add to our warehouse staff. Job responsibilities include:

  • The auditing of incoming electronic equipment. This includes capturing pertinent information and inputting it into our database for sales
  • Prepping incoming equipment for resale: removing asset tags, cleaning, testing, and data sanitization
  • General warehouse duties (inventory....)
  • Assisting in shipping and receiving when required


  • Basic computer skills for data entry
  • Warehouse experience
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Comfortable in a team based setting
  • As we are a data security company - no felonies related to theft for the last five years

Joining Circle K means joining a team that is devoted to you! * Ensure precise, cost effective fuel distribution planning and cost reduction for overall transportation * Summarizing, analysis and reporting of distribution planning indicators, as well as other relevant reports * Ensure implementation of logistics strategies in accordance with development goals, ensure achievement of goals and plans * Perform necessary control mechanisms daily, to ensure the volume and quality within supply chain from oil terminals to end-consumers * Ensure information exchange with internal and external partners * Ensure close relations with suppliers and clients in accordance with Circle K ethics and HSSE policy * Represent logistics unit in cooperation with other units in the company or external cooperation partners * Engage in cooperation with sales unit and customer service unit to gain high standard customer service. Act proactively in search for opportunities how to improve achievement of goals. * Show immediate reaction and suggest solutions to customer complaints * Maintain close relations with external suppliers to gain understanding of products and services; * Ensure good routine of registration and retaining of information relevant for execution of duties. * Provides day to day work direction to our motor fuel common carriers to insure compliance with Circle K SOP, lifting instructions, load shifting, inventory levels, and arbitrage capture * Insures compliance with local, state and federal legal requirements by assisting common carriers during fuel conversion seasons * Monitor store level inventories and work with motor fuel common carriers to prevent run outs * Review fuel dispatch system to insure proper setup parameters, sales trends, supply sources, and tank configurations * Provides after hours coverage for emergencies that are not resolved by support team members * Works as liaison between carrier, supply and accounting departments to resolve any questions/issues REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 3 - 5 year experience working in a transportation dispatch department and/or in petroleum trucking industry * Fluent in English. * Computer literate in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, operations management or related field * Experience working with TMW Fuel dispatch software or similar applications * Experience with supplier and project management * Basic knowledge of dangerous goods transportation and relevant legislation.
