Warehouse Associate

This position is an onsite role located in South Burlington VT.As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibility will be to manage administrative tasks in a warehouse environment. Your duties will include handling work orders and customer accounts, coordinating the processing of equipment and materials, and shipping and receiving packages and inventories of equipment and materials. It is essential that you are DOT certified or able to pass a DOT exam after being hired, and that you are able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing the inspection, preparation, and distribution of customer equipment. This will involve conducting initial inspections, moving and organizing equipment in and out of the warehouse, issuing equipment to field personnel, and assisting in inventory reconciliation.

• Handle shipping and receiving responsibilities such as packing and preparing items for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and inspecting and documenting received materials.

• Conduct regular equipment inventory counts and generate and submit appropriate reports. Accurately input CPE and inventory transactions into appropriate databases, spreadsheets, billing systems and/or information management systems.

• Expected to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

• Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
