We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to be based in our Concord Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and submit funding requests for wire disbursement.
Communicate investor purchases for warehouse settlement.
Prepare and ship original collateral to the warehouse.
Allocate loans by investor and direct warehouse shipping.
Maintain MERS loan registrations and transfer requirements.
Distribute warehouse and servicing activity reports daily.
Resolve all warehouse loan and collateral exceptions and monitor any aged loans.
Assist the Senior Vice President of Warehouse and Quality Assurance with special projects in conjunction with the Finance Department.
Mortgage experience required; experience in Encompass preferred.
Warehouse Lending System experience preferred.
Basic to intermediate Excel and Adobe skills.
Ability to work collaboratively under stringent time constraints.
Capacity to work in a fast-pace, hard-working environment.
Demonstrate a high level of professional integrity and the ability to safeguard and maintain confidential corporate and customer information.
Keen attention to detail, and sense of urgency for accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to work early or late hours, as needed.
4 year degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
