SUMMARY
Warehouse Associates provide support by receiving, stocking, packaging, picking and shipping warehouse products while working safely and following standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate Power Industrial Trucks
Unload inbound trailers in a safe and timely manner
Stock inventory in accordance with standard work
Prioritize work by demand
Package parts and ensure work orders are complete and meet standards
Operate other equipment such as computers, tape guns, automatic tape machines, poly baggers, and foam machines to fulfill daily demands.
Pick parts to fill customer orders.
Inspect parts for damage.
Understand the operating system used in each department
Keep assigned work area clean.
Troubleshoot for inventory errors
Maintain productivity goals
Execute daily 5S activities to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Assist others to complete assigned work on time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience or training. Job requires basic reading, writing and math skills.
Must be a team player, flexible, and motivated
Must have the initiative and discipline to work with limited supervision
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
6 months experience in a similar position
Experience with the workflow for the department.
Experience operating PIT Order Selecting equipment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to bend at the waist
Able to reach above shoulder level
