Warehouse Assistant

Mr. Holland's Home Services started from humble beginnings back in 1997 and has grown to become a staple in all southeastern and surrounding areas of WI. We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home's heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. Due to our club members and new customer needs we are looking to add more qualified team members. We are currently looking for a Shop Assistant at our Jackson, WI location.

Qualifications:

• Great problem solver and quick learner.

• Determined, hard worker with a positive attitude and a knack for teamwork.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High integrity with a strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Primary Job Functions:

• Assist with loading and unloading install trucks.

• Assist with daily replenishment and restock for technicians, as well as make returns to vendors and suppliers.

• Deliver parts to installers, technicians, electricians, and plumbers.

• Keep up with daily scrap and check in orders and re-stock shelves with deliveries.

• Prep and stage material for the next day and build AC boxes,

• Collaborate with dispatchers on any deliveries that may be required.

• Empty all garbage cans in the building, break down and sort scrap metal, and break down all cardboard appropriately.

• Work closely with the Shop Manager, Install Manager, and Install Coordinator.

• Assist with additional job duties or special projects as assigned.

• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

Physical Demands:

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.

• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) daily.

• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
