Responsibilities:
Manage materials and services to support the company's inventory program
Develop and implement a distributor model for inventory management in collaboration with site leadership
Lead and manage scheduling and warehouse employees and activities to ensure all goals are met
Work as a hands-on manager alongside warehouse employees, providing guidance and support
Work with peers across the globe to ensure organizational goals are met
Ensure the timely planning and scheduling of receipt and inventory control of products and services as assigned, consistent with ERP requirements
Track and analyze data essential for continuous improvement
Develop appropriate metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs
Highlight issues that could impact the schedule and lead efforts to eliminate or minimize delays proactively
Collaborate with the Production Department to initiate a staging program to increase efficiency and better control inventory
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with an emphasis in business administration or economics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of related experience in warehouse and/or inventory management
Proven work experience in a warehouse environment
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
General understanding of GMP regulations
Detail-oriented and highly organized
