Warehouse And Inventory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage materials and services to support the company's inventory program

• Develop and implement a distributor model for inventory management in collaboration with site leadership

• Lead and manage scheduling and warehouse employees and activities to ensure all goals are met

• Work as a hands-on manager alongside warehouse employees, providing guidance and support

• Work with peers across the globe to ensure organizational goals are met

• Ensure the timely planning and scheduling of receipt and inventory control of products and services as assigned, consistent with ERP requirements

• Track and analyze data essential for continuous improvement

• Develop appropriate metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs

• Highlight issues that could impact the schedule and lead efforts to eliminate or minimize delays proactively

• Collaborate with the Production Department to initiate a staging program to increase efficiency and better control inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with an emphasis in business administration or economics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years of related experience in warehouse and/or inventory management

• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment

• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• General understanding of GMP regulations

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
