We’re After A Switched-On US Sales Leader Who Can…

  • Overall responsibility for managing the US Sales team in their day-to-day responsibilities, including performance management and professional development plans for team members.
  • Mentor and train the Sales team, ensuring the quality of work is of King Kong standard.
  • Lead coaching and mentoring through live role-playing and software/process training.
  • Establish and document processes for the effective delivery of the Sales function.
  • In collaboration with Management, develop and manage appropriate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) structure for the Sales team.
  • Assist the Sales team in troubleshooting prospect issues.
  • Be the first level of escalation for prospect-related issues for the company.
  • Assist in the facilitation of recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and performance management lifecycle of your team members.
  • Lead the growth of the Sales division through innovation and results.
  • Ensure communication between the Sales team and other departments of the business is succinct and proactive.
  • Prepare reporting and feedback for Senior Management on the department’s performance to aid in the business decision-making process.
  • Devise strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Identify areas for department improvements.
  • BONUS: Strong analytical & quantitative skills - familiarity with InfusionSoft, and sales pipeline management is a plus, but is not required.

Look, our ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this’ attitude...they will be solution-focused with a proven track record of managing teams.

You will have to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution. And won’t be the type of person who throws their hands in the air and gives up at the first sight of a challenge.

What we're looking for:

  • At least one years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Experience in training & developing team members.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Consistent sales success.
  • Excellent negotiation and rapport building skills
  • Organisation and multi-tasking skills.
  • Resilient and self-improving attitude.
  • Active participation in learning and development.
  • Excellent navigation of InfusionSoft, SEMRush.
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, PPC, high ticket sales or advertising sales is a HUGE plus but not essential.
