Preferred Experience:

• Commercial Maintenance

• Know how to use basic hand and power tools.

Required:

• Must be over 21 with a valid Driver's License

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time

• Must pass drug test

• Compensation:

• $23-30/hr

• Paid weekly (direct deposit)

Previous painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, firestop, fireproofing, fireproofer, drywall finish, and other installer experience is a big plus but not required. This role would be an ideal career transition if you have experience in apartment maintenance, handyman, make ready, laborer, construction, construction worker, home remodel, remodel, hospital maintenance, general maintenance, general labor, laborer, technician, home repair, asbestos/mold removal, cable installation, alarm installation, glazier (glazing), commercial roofer (roofing), masonry (mason), welding (welder), painting (painter), caulking (caulker), waterproofing, waterproofer, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, apprentice/apprenticeship of any kind. Veterans are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
