The Waldorf Handwork Assistant will support the lead handwork teacher in delivering engaging and creative handwork classes to students. This role involves assisting with lesson preparation, providing individualized support to students, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. The assistant will help students with a variety of handwork activities, including knitting, crocheting, sewing, and other fiber arts, following the Waldorf education principles. Ideal candidates should have a passion for the arts, experience in handwork crafts, and a genuine interest in working with children. Strong organizational skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting are essential.
