Job Description:

This is a part-time temporary position located at the LSU Oyster Hatcher in Grand Isle, LA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with project on oyster remote setting

• Assist in all hatchery operations and maintenance

• To help prepare and to participate in educational activities, meetings, and conferences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicant must have a B.S degree in biology, marine biology, aquaculture or fisheries.

Position Requirements:

Maintain a personal vehicle in good working order to travel to Grand Isle and other coastal parishes when necessary. A valid Driver's License is required. This position is subject to drug/alcohol testing in accordance with PS-67.
