The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled VTC Scheduler to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Identifying and utilizing the most effective connection path available to increase the reliability of communication Sessions.

• Assist customers with bridging all active VTC Sessions; Point-to-Point, and Multi-Point VTC Sessions.

• Assist users in reserving, testing, and establishing VTC Sessions and Monitor's active sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma

• Experience: Trainable.

• Clearance: Secret Clearance

• Certification: None
